These Standard Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") are an electronic record and form a legally binding contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000, including applicable rules and amended provisions relating to electronic documents/records. No physical, electronic, or digital signature is required for these Terms of Sale.

These Terms of Sale create a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller makes an offer to sell products by listing them on the Website, and the Buyer accepts this offer by agreeing to purchase the listed product.

• The Terms of Sale are effective and binding on the Seller when the Seller lists a product on the Website.
  
  
• The Terms of Sale are effective and binding on the Buyer when the Buyer agrees to purchase a listed product.

Definitions

• Buyer: Any user (guest or registered) who purchases products from a Seller on the SoleVault website (https://www.solevault.com) or SoleVault mobile applications.
  
  
• Seller: Any individual or legal entity that lists, advertises, offers for sale, markets, or delivers products through the SoleVault Website.
  
  
• Products: Goods or services made available for sale on the SoleVault Website.
  
  
• Website: Refers to the SoleVault platform, including all associated mobile applications.
  
  

Sometimes, both Buyer and Seller are collectively referred to as “You”.

1. Please Read Carefully: These Terms of Sale supplement other agreements, policies, and terms on the Website, including the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
   
   
2. Additional Terms: Sellers may include additional or conflicting terms in product listings (“Additional Terms of Sale”). If there is any conflict, Additional Terms of Sale take precedence for that transaction.
   
   
3. Disagreement:
   
   
   • Sellers who do not agree with these Terms should not list products on the Website.
     
     
   • Buyers who do not agree should not purchase products listed on the Website.
     
     
4. Updates: SoleVault may revise these Terms at any time. Buyers and Sellers are responsible for reviewing the latest version, available on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Offer and Acceptance of Products

• Offer by Seller: Listing a product on the SoleVault Website constitutes an offer to sell that product.
  
  
• Acceptance by Buyer: By purchasing the product, the Buyer accepts the Seller’s offer.
  
  
• Contract Nature: The sale contract is directly between Buyer and Seller. SoleVault is not a party to this contract.
  
  
• Conditional Offer: The Seller’s offer is not absolute. Sellers may repudiate the offer at any time before delivery, without providing a reason or obtaining Buyer consent.
  
  
• Right to Cancel: SoleVault reserves the right to cancel any transaction, listing, or acceptance:
  
  
  1. For reasons in accordance with the Seller Agreement, Terms of Sale, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other agreements.
     
     
  2. Under orders or instructions from any statutory, quasi-judicial, or judicial authority.
